Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Sri Lanka. International shipping options are being explored.

 How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping costs vary by order size and location. Free shipping may be available on promotional bundles or orders above a set amount.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, your order will be updated and you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We have a quality process at the time of dispatch to ensure these issues will not happen. However, contact our support team immediately with your order number and details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
