Order Confirmation
- Once you place an order with Onyx Nutrition, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation acknowledging your order.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be required to confirm the order via email or mobile prompt before it is processed.
- Please note that the confirmation email is an acknowledgment of your order, not the final acceptance.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Depending on product availability and warehouse location, items in your order may be dispatched separately.
- Every product undergoes strict quality checks and secure packaging before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order to the provided address. If they cannot reach you, they will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
- Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch (may vary depending on your location and logistical conditions).
- Delivery timelines to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all orders with a total billing value of LKR 5,000 or above.
- For orders below LKR 5,000, a standard shipping fee will apply, calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and package weight.
International Shipping
- Currently, Onyx Nutrition delivers only within Sri Lanka.
- International shipping will be introduced in the future, and we will notify our customers when it becomes available.
