Refunds & Cancellation Policy – Onyx Nutrition

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please email our support team at feedback@onyxnutri.com or on +94 76 3481806 with your order details.
  • Once confirmed, your cancellation will be processed, and any applicable refund will be initiated within 7 business days.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Refund & Return Policy

At Onyx Nutrition, your satisfaction is our priority. We do accept general returns or refunds for the following cases:

  • Physical defects in the product
  • Incorrect product shipped
  • Returns cannot be processed for the following cases:
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Opened products
  • Products that have visible tampering
    If you face any of the above issues, please email us at feedback@onyxnutri.com or on +94 76 3481806 with clear photos of the product within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this time frame will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

 

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must be unused with the seal intact.
  • The packaging and serial numbers must remain unaltered and in original condition.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

If your return is approved:

  • You may choose between a replacement or a refund.
  • Ineligible returns will be shipped back to you at your expense.


Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, bank, or wallet) within 7 working days of return approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 14 working days of return approval.
